To warm all you bass heads who are brave enough to come to the Wizards Are Better presents Mustard Pimp, Stereoheroes, Dem Slackers and Klose One night, I thought I’d post some new tracks which will hopefully be played at the night, and which are INSANE!
First up we have Vakkum’s edit of the Bloody Beetroots remix of The Proxy’s ‘Who Are You’. I know, exciting! Its a good quality setrip, so it certainly won’t dissapoint. This is trully the Bloody Beetroots at their best.
Now another Vakkum edit of a new Proxy track. Again a setrip, but we like having exclusive tracks here! A strange, manic but excellent track.
Herve’s bringing out the wobbly bangers. One of his best, pushing all the right buttons. Who da champ? You are Herve!
New Blatta & Inesha remix with their usual raw power, with afro-beats and ravy synths. CRAZY!
The old style fidget still gets me. Headshotboyz bring us a jackin’ remix that’ll certainly get you bouncing.

this is our list of the songs that have soundtracked our year, the songs that have kept us dancing and kept us amused and amazed!!! it’s been a fucking good year for electro. to be honest electro is a bit of a lie……there’s fidget, wobble, house, bassline, techno but yeah no drum and bass & dubstep……they’re different. but equally sexual…..well not drum&bass. but you get the idea. it was pretty impossible but we managed after a long session. a few artists missed out by a whisker, like bloody beetroots, who have been consistently amazing but not quite. anyway i hope you enjoy these 18 bangers (not in any sort of order oh god that would have been hard!) and feel free to tell us what you think.

math head……like robert mugabe…….dark, dense and fucking evil.
math head is a brooklyn based producer and dj who spends his days creating some of the most evil sounds on the planet and his nights playing them with the Trouble & Bass crew ( www.troubleandbass.com ). he has an incredible knack for making hugely rich pieces, infusing dubstep and electro with huge roaring synths (like you seen on that russian bastard genius The Proxy), and he ends up with massive, dark, aggressive and incredibly infectious dubsteptro bangers. he is amazing.
These 2 tracks are probably the finest examples of his more aggressive side although check his myspace ( www.myspace.com/mathhead ) there’s much more to him and let’s hope he comes to london soooon!

A trully wonderiferous night we had at the Bloody Beetroots show at the egg. I had high expectations and they met them. Playing banging tunes mixed very well with a great soundsystem and just the buzz and excitement of having the two masked beetroots in arms reach! This picture was my favourite of the night! Favourite track of the night had to be the Bloody Beetroots remix of Sound of Stereo’s “Heads Up!”. They also played their amazing new track Warp, for which i’m sure fans have seen the preview video, to hear the whole thing in super high volume and quality was simply mind-blowing. Punks Jump Up also had a pretty tasty set, laying down some Gigi Barroco (awesome), Foamo, Fake Blood’s “Mars“, The Proxy and other banging delights. The beetroots also played this tune of tunes:
